On March 3rd our sweet Abbey was baptized. She looked so pretty in her new white dress. She was so nervous that day, hence the look on her face. As soon as we arrived at the church she started crying. When I took her into the bathroom to change into the jumpsuit she kept telling me she didn't want to put it on. This is a girl who doesn't do well with the unexpected. After she finally changed, a member of the primary presidency walked her through the whole process which seemed to help a little bit. She had her picture taken and then we went into the chapel for a short program where my mom and sister talked about baptism and the Holy Ghost. Then after a short wait it was our turn to go into the room where she would be baptized. She was so nervous, but she did a great job! After the baptism, she was confirmed by her dad. We then came home and had a luncheon for everyone who came. Of course, I didn't get any pictures of the lunch but it turned out to be an awesome day! A special thanks to all who came and supported our little girl!
